At The Sewing Shed Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabrics and haberdashery. If your order isn't quite right, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unused, in their original condition, and that fabric remains uncut; securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel using a tracked postal service to our studio in Ireland, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for your exchange items to be sent.
